At Silverback, we stand by the durability of our gear; if your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective wraps and labels are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of receipt.
